Ask your questions shamelessly.
That is the one rule we have. No judgment, no condescension, no "you should have known this already." Just real answers about your firm's finances from people who actually understand law firms.

Potential New Clients Only, Please
This is a 30 minute call. No hard pitch. We will ask about your firm, listen to what is going on, and tell you honestly whether and how we can help. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you that too.
What actually happens when you book
A lot of people sit on this page for a while before booking. We get it. Reaching out about your finances takes more courage than it probably should - especially when you are a high-achieving attorney who feels like they should have this figured out by now.
Here is what you can expect:
Someone from our team picks up your intake. We will ask a few questions about your firm - size, revenue range, what is going on with your books, what brought you to us.
Then we get into specifics and talk about what working together could look like.
If we are not the right fit for where you are right now, we will say so directly and point you toward something that is.
No pressure. No bait-and-switch. No invoice for the call.
This call is a good fit if...
-
Your firm is generating revenue but you cannot explain where it goes
-
Your books are behind, messy, or you do not fully trust the reports you are getting
-
You have a trust account and you are not certain it would pass a bar audit
-
You want to understand your numbers - not just hand them off and hope for the best
-
You are making decisions about hiring, pricing, or growth and you wish you had a financial partner in those conversations
-
You know something is off but you do not know where to start
If that is you, this is the right call. You will leave knowing exactly where your firm stands and what the most important thing to address first is.
A quick note on who we work with
We work exclusively with law firms. Not general small businesses, not other professional service firms - law firms. That specificity is intentional.
Trust accounting, IOLTA compliance, and the financial patterns of a legal practice are different enough from other industries that generalist accounting misses things that matter.
Within law firms, we work best with owners who want to understand their finances, not just delegate them. Clients who ask questions. Clients who show up for the work.
If you want to hand everything off and never think about it again, we are probably not the right fit. If you want to become someone who actually understands their own financial picture - and has a team making sure it stays clean and forward-looking - that is exactly what we do.
